There is somewhere in the law something that tells that you can propose by default to your customer to use some service if you think that this is his interest. This is called the "legitimate interest". In Cookies CK you can enable this option if you need a cookie to be enabled by default, keeping the choice of the vistor to disable it.

How to enable the Legitimate interest
You can enable this option on any platform. Edit the plaform and under the option Lawful basis, select the value Legitimate interest
Save the plaform edition and that's it.
Now you can go in the frontend of your website and check your cookies customzation, you can see that for any new visitor this platform will be enabled by default, with the possibility to decline it.
